Maintaining our daily lives can get hectic sometimes. Most of us are always trying to improve our surroundings or get help with a project or two and that "honey-do" list never seems to get smaller. We can help by knocking out the smaller tasks you don't have time for or would just rather watch the game instead. From installing that new ceiling fan, fixing a plumbing issue or helping you start your new home project, we can provide you the support you need to get the job done.
General Handyman Services
$35 per hour (two hour minimum)
Got a ceiling fan you've been wanting to install? How about a garbage disposal that quit or froze up on you. We can help. We provide generalized handyman services to improve or repair your home. Customer is responsible for all parts/material.
Home Projects / Renovations
We'll provide a bid
We can help install that new back splash she wanted in the kitchen, install those new hardwood floors you've been eyeing or install that entertainment system in the media room. Tell us what you need, we'll schedule a time to evaluate the project the provide you a bid. Lets get started.
Power Washing
$75 per hour
Power washing has so many different applications that its hard to name all of them in this brief paragraph. Here are a couple examples though; exterior home washing, gutter cleaning, concrete washing, trashcan washing, vehicle washing, deck washing/restoration and much more. Our 3400 psi washer will knock out any job you have for it.
Housekeeping Services
Under 1000 sq ft - $100
1000 - 4000 sq ft - $140
4000+ sq ft - $45 / hour
DEEP CLEANING/MOVE OUT CLEANING
$150 per 1000 sq ft
All of us need a helping hand around the house. We can help by providing typical housekeeping services. We can also provide deep cleaning after a tenant moves out and make it ready for the next renter/owner. Don't want to clean up after your party? We can handle it. Let us know how we can assist you.
Haul Off Services
$125 per truck load
Need stuff gone and out of your way? We can help. We can move almost anything up to the size of a refrigerator. Larger items, appliances and items requiring special handling will increase the rate. We will not remove/transport any hazardous material or motor oil.
Furniture Moving
$30 per hour per mover
*2 mover minimum - 2 bedrooms or less*
3 - 5 bedrooms - 3 movers minimum
6+ bedrooms - 4 movers minimum
Are you moving? We can help. We can handle small one or two item jobs at the same location or assist you at multiple locations if you have your own vehicle. Jobs requiring a box truck will require a deposit and we will provide you with a bid. Lets get started.
