DETACHED HOME ADDITION - Mother in Law Suite - Austin
Plans provided by the client. Provided the concrete for foundation with supporting anchor bolts. Roughed in plumbing/electrical, framing, window installation, spray foam installation, metal roof, LP Smart Siding installation. Installed a separate central HVAC system and water heater. Project was paused at drywall installation for financial reasons.
ATTACHED HOME ADDITION - Georgetown
Demolition of existing concrete patio. Removed tree and stump impeding new build. Outsourced floor plan and foundation plans. poured foundation, patio and rear steps. Framed structure. Installed windows and doors. Installed 3 tab asphalt shingles on roof. Blown-in insulation. Ran HVAC ducting into addition and connected to existing central system. Installed tile and wood flooring. Hand built and installed barn door. Installed new electrical and ceiling fans. Installed and painted 1x6 baseboards/1x4 trim/window sills. Texture and painted drywall. Installed cedar siding on addition and rear of house. Installed new gutters.
COMMERCIAL REMODEL - Center for Autism and Related Disorders - Austin
Installed chair rail in lobby. Ran TV cables behind drywall. Installed corner guards. Painted walls to grey. Installed a chalkboard paint wall. Installed a hook rail for backpacks or coats. Installed cabinets and counter top in niche. Touch up paint on blue wall. Installed CARD sign in lobby
GENERAL CONTRACTING - SXSW - Manor, TX
Provided 12 carpenter/framers and 4 painters to support the build of the West World set for South by South West.
DOG KENNEL CONSTRUCTION - Georgetown
Installed a 20x20 dog run with divider. Poured two slabs for dog houses. 9 gauge commercial grade fencing.
